FIREARMS SAFETY

A quote on weapon safety from former Special Operator Frank Proctor...
"I live by 2 very easy to follow gun handling rules: #1 keep the pointy end of the death machine in a safe direction. #2 if you’re eyes are not connected to the sights then the trigger finger is connected to the frame of the gun."
Simple and to the point!! I plan on "stealing" this for my future classes...with proper attribution, of course...
In reality, if we actually adhered to Jeff Cooper's Rule 1 (ALWAYS treat every gun as if it were loaded) we would not need the following three...but we all know THAT doesn't happen...
