IF YOUR PRACTICING AND YOUR TECHNIQUES ARE INCORRECT YOU COULD BE REINFORCING POTENTIALLY BAD AND DANGEROUS TECHNIQUES AND HABITS. MAKE SURE THAT WHAT YOU ARE DOING DURING YOUR PRACTICE SESSIONS ARE REALISTIC AND TACTICALLY CORRECT!
