Food For Thought

Hello everyone, haven't had to much time to sit down and post anything. We had some pretty horrendous events happen in the past few weeks. The Ft. Hood incident, and then the killing of the four police officers in Washington State. There have been 15 police officer killed in multiple attacks in 2009. It goes without saying but we live in a really screwed up world. Now I know why I keep myself in the condition yellow state of mind,(Professional Paranoia). Things happen so so fast today, that if you are not in any type of awareness level other the white, then you are really putting yourself at a really bad disadvantage point. Your Mindset is what is probably going to keep you alive should you find yourself in that spontaneous VCI, (Violent Critical Incident). So how do you prepare yourself for that day that you never expect to happen? This is where it starts. always expect the unexpected to happen. To use a quote from one of my all time favorite movies, Ronin, "When in Doubt, There is No Doubt".

First you should always be aware of where you are and who is around you. Make that conscience effort to check and look at your surroundings. Sounds like the familiar Quote, "Look Before You Leap". When something just doesn't look right AVOID IT! WE ALL HAVE THAT SIXTH SENSE. You know when the hairs behind your neck stand up. There is a reason for that . It's your personal radar, telling you that something is just not right. So iF you have the opportunity, GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE! The worst thing about getting yourself into a confrontation is that you cannot predict the out come. That means you can LOSE. I can probably talk about this all day but I won't. The important thing is to have some type of preplan and some form of basic survival training. Nothing that is so elaborate that your Conscience mind, (fore brain) has to take that unnecessary time to analyze. But something that your Sub-Conscience mind, (mid brain) will render instantly to help you protect yourself.

Happy Thanksgiving

Just wanted to wish everyone and their families a Happy Thanksgiving! This is one of the few days we can get away with eating too much.

I guess by now everyone has heard about the four Navy Seals that have been brought up on excessive force charges because one of them gave one of the WORST TERRORIST in the world a bloodily lip. I guess this is just the norm for our wonderful administration in Washington to do, to try and EMBARRASS OUR COUNTRY AND OUR SOLDIERS. This in my opinion is a disgrace and we the citizens of this GREAT NATION should be coming out of our skins. I know I am.

Well I guess again in my opinion, for as long as this administration will permit me to have one, we should probably think about some other alternatives for handling these unwanted parasites of the world. Read between the lines. Click on the box next to the picture. BUT I WARN YOU, THIS IS VERY GRAPHIC AND NOT FOR EVERYONE, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN. Well, enough for now. ALWAYS COVER YOUR 6 & STAY SAFE!

VETERANS DAY

It's Veterans Day 2009, and I hope that everyone will take a minute or two to say a prayer and remember our fallen Veterans. They gave the all that anyone could ever give so that we could enjoy our FREEDOM and the life style we have. If you know a Vet make sure you thank him or her for the contributions that they made and the hardships they may have endured. Pray for our Troops and their families that are engaged in conflicts all over the world. Bring them home SAFE and reward them for the sacrifices they have made on our behalf!

SEPTEMBER 11TH 2001

Click on this photo /

"We Will Never Forget!" NOR "SHOULD WE EVER FORGIVE!"

Myself like most of you will never forget where we were or what we were doing when we heard the news of that first plane hitting that first tower. It was so unbelievable and unthinkable that I for one actually tried to deny that it had really happened. When the second plane hit so did the reality hit, that we were under attack and that Americans had been killed. I know that for myself it did not take long for me to begin to get so ANGRY that I felt like I was going to explode.

Now here we are eight years later and up to this day September 11th 2009, most of the people in this country and around the world haven't given to much thought or concern about what happened on that beautiful September day back in 2001. For the most part the memory span for most people is about four years and now we have doubled that. Most people think oh well that could never happen again, how wrong that type of thinking is.

It's not a question as to IF it is going to happen again, but a question of WHEN it will happen. We are fighting an enemy that is not afraid to die. The only fear it has is to fail. That's what makes him so dangerous.

So without going on forever the point I would like to make is a very simple one. Please say a prayer for all those who perished on that day. Especially those that went into danger risking their own lives to try and save others. And to those Men and Women in our Armed Forces who have also made the ultimate sacrifice so that we may remain safe. Also pray for all of our active duty military personal who are risking their lives to protect our way of life.
This is not a day about community service like our present administration would like you to believe. It's about the serious business of keeping this country safe and providing whatever our troops need to prevail and win this war with HONOR & RESPECT. so that we can send a strong message to our enemies and the world, that we are not to be messed with. GOD BLESS AMERICA !

FANTASTIC SHOOTING SCHOOL!

I haven't posted anything in a while but I was at a shooting school the weekend before last and it was, without at doubt, one of the best that I have ever been at. The name of the school is Trigger Time, and it is in Chathage, NC. The owner and lead instructor is a gentleman by the name of Tom Bullins. Tom is one of the best and most knowledgeable operators that I have ever meet. You can go to http://www.trigger-time.com/ for more information. I suggest that if you are looking at a school to go to that you take a serious look at this one.

Let's not forget why we celebrate the 4th of July. Our forefathers declared their Independence from a government that was determined to keep them captive and to regulate them to whatever degree that they felt was appropriate for their own benefit. To me it looks like history is trying to repeat itself. Don't let this happen! It appears that our lawmakers are out of control and we need to let them know that they do in fact work for us, the PEOPLE of the United States. We need to get our country back on track.

Our prayers go out to all those who have served and are now serving in our Armed Forces so that we may live our lives in a FREE and SAFE country. God Bless Them!

It's National Police Week. Please take a minute or two to remember and say a prayer for all those officers who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we could all be safe. They are true HERO'S and need to be honored!

When does it stop!

This weekend again found the law enforcement community across the nation in a desperate need to find an answer, to the question, WHY? Three more of our brothers were gun down in Pittsburgh, Pa. for no apparent reason. This is again totally unacceptable and we in the L.E. training community need to find the answer to this question, so that we may find a solution to end this senseless killing of our brother's & sister's. So much has already been done to improve the ways our officers are trained, but it seems that we are still lacking something. I think that we need to review our procedures in the area of TACTICS & condition our officers more in the area of OFFENSIVE MINDSET. when responding to each and every call. May these true HERO'S RIP. Please say a prayer for them and their families.

Sunday, March 22, 2009

Yesterday was a sad and tragic day for the brother and sister's of the Oakland, Ca. Police Department, as well as the Law Enforcement Community across the Country. Four officer were shot. Three were killed and another is holding on by a thread. This was done again by a SCUMBAG that should have been in jail or better off DEAD. These senseless killing have to stop! Please remember these fallen HERO'S in your prayers.

Another Sad & Tradgic day In Philadelphia

Yet another senseless killing of a Phila Police Officer, by a scumbag that should have been in jail or even better yet DEAD! When are these BAST----- in our court systems going to stop releasing these career criminals and putting them back on our streets where they are doing nothing more than putting law biding citizens and Police Officer in HARM WAY. This has to stop! My heart goes out to this officers family and to all my brother and sisters who gear up everyday and go out on the streets knowing that they might not come home. May God Bless this fallen officer and his family, and all that wear a badge. Always cover you 6 and STAY SAFE!

Gmail - Pelosi rushing stimulus vote for Euro vacation - rotac2@gmail.com

This is a disgrace! We should be screaming for their heads. These people are suppose to be working and looking out for our welfare. Like so many, I am so disguised and frustrated regarding the deliberate, malicious, and irresponsible decisions that are being made that most AMERICANS DO NOT WANT! Please go to www.youtube.com and do a search for Rep Tom Price, and click on the Non Stimulas Bill 1073 pages

Martin Luther King

Let us not forget this man who's sole concern was about fairness. No matter what your color or background is, he believed that a man should be judged for what he is and not for the the color of his skin. I truly believe, that he believed that hard work and personal responsibility was the key to a man's success. And that you should work hard for what you want and not think that it should be given to you, just because of the color of your skin, or the past history of your race. We should look at each other as Americans, because that is what we are. We should not let politics or the politicians place us at opposite ends. We should work together and force them to work for our best interests. I think if he were still alive that would be one of his key priorities.
